Heritage has started to make available the services of Hospitality staff to provide professional development and deliver consultancy services to other schools, largely through the Association of Independent Schools NSW (AIS).
Heritage also made our state-of-the-art Hospitality facilities available to Mid Coast Care on a Thursday afternoon during 2011 to conduct cookery classes for the residents of the Women’s Refuge in Port Macquarie. The classes were run by Krysia Mailo from Honour Church, and were regularly attended by up to eight women. They sent some wonderful aromas into the playground during lunchtimes as they enjoyed the opportunity to create a variety of dishes and enhance their culinary skills
The Port Macquarie Community College also makes use of our fine facilities to run classes, from time to time.
